Makmende was originally a mispronuciation of "make my day: from the Dirty harry movies when they came to Kenya. Since then its become a mocking term applied to people trying to be hardasses

after the band "Just a band" released this video there was a face to go with the term and it became a Chuch Norris-esque meme.
